Got a Promotion at Work! :D 19 months ago

I just got promoted to supervisor at my work (got a $1.50 raise!), so I’ve been busy with the training schedule lately.
Soo I havent actually had the time to start my jogging goal, but I think its best that I wait anyways.
I want to get a proper pair of running shoes and a good sports bra before I really get into it.
I am going to go to an athelic store tomorrow though!!
I have been going on brisk walks these last few days, and I just bought a new workout video that is for weight-lifting with free weights, so I am excited to try that out tomorrow.
My eating has improved significantly since I began a food journal a couple days ago. I am also getting better at organizing my meals ahead of time, which is a huge thing for me! lol
Anyway, I’ve put on 1.5 lbs since my last post, which is no biggie in my opinion because I havent been that focused on this…but I will get right back on track so that it doesnt happen again at my next weigh-in.
I am gonna weigh in every friday and tuesday…so Tomorrow is weigh-in day!

Now you can afford a really good pair of shoes :)

And it’s great you are focusing on your meals more, that will translate to weight loss in the long run anyway.
