lose 50 pounds

I've set my goal  — 3 months ago

4th of July I want to be 50 lbs lighter ! That averages out to 8 1/2 pounds a week I need to lose =( =( AAAUUUGGGHHH I ‘ll never be able to do it. Today I’m giving up chips…........

Comments:

It’s not unobtainable…but…it might not be maintainable.

Then again…I need to lose 6.75 lbs per week before my vacation. And I’m going to try for it. I know this doesn’t sound great, but I’m going to spend the last two weeks maybe running everyday and on a juice fast to try to get down to 150.

So far so good no chips, but two bottles of Mt. Dew and one can of Diet Coke. Tomorrow no more pop…...now this will not be maintainable…..........

Soda’s not good for you, but I think making all of what you drink diet, and trying to replace at least 1/2 of them with water is a great goal. More water is always a plus, and diet sodas at least don’t have calories.
