Half Way There 13 months ago

Two and a half pounds down, and as many more to go. It’s taken me 18 days, or about 2 1/2 weeks so I’m on schedule. My mare foaled on Monday so I’ve had lots of exercise keeping mom and baby comfortable and chasing the little one around. Today, I have to get her first fly mask on her, wish me luck. I’ve decided to eliminate rather than just reduce my meals of fast food. It’s easier than I thought. With the gorgeous summer fruits and the usual packaged salads I’m eating plenty of produce. My sweet tooth continues to be a problem, so I need to come up with some long term alternatives. Here’s hoping it’s not just water weight loss.

I have a sweet tooth too, sometimes cheese, yoghurt or an apple are sweet enough to satisfy it.
