Weigh-In...Havent Lost Anything Since the Last One 18 months ago

Start Weight: 240 lbs
Current Weight: 233.5 lbs
lbs lost: 6.5 lbs
Goal for May: 229 lbs … 4.5 lbs to lose in 2 weeks

My goal for May might be set a little bit too high, but I will see how it goes.
I am going to continue to keep up with my food journal because it seems to be helping me. There is a long weekend (which starts today) in Canada, so I must stay strong and keep away from the beer and crap food lol
Anyway, I need to get off the computer because I have a lot of stuff I need to get done today, including exercising and going to the athletics store.
