im so ill atm 13 months ago

:( and really tired.
But foced myself to go the gym for an hour and a half, thats dedication haha.
Ive eaten..
B: 2toast.
S:cereal bar and banana.
L: jacket potato, cottage cheese and salad.
S: dark choc.
D: dunno yet!
