lose weight (read all 2 entries…)
going veggy 19 months ago

decided i’m going to try and go veggy to seeif it helps to shed a few pounds and i have to say,this is the best diet day i’ve had ever!started off with a kiwi for brekkie (not a huge brekkie eater anywho),veggie cuppa soup and half a french baguette with flora light…just had dinner a lil while ago and made myself veggy korma with wholegrain rice (was making chicken korma for my b/f at the same time so well done me for not giving in!) and i had a teaspoon of ben and gerrys ice cream.pretty good methinks,there’s no point in scrutinising yourself for having a teetsy snack.how r all ye doin?

In terms of loosing weight, being a vegetarian has no effect overall.
It’s only if you got too many calories from meat that you would lose more weight than not being vegetarian.

that’s the idea y’see,i was eating too many big dirty burgers and crap.atleast i think it’s working for me,i feel more positive.isn’t that all that matters?
