KashaBunny knows failure is not an option

nap less (read all 3 entries…)
GOAL ACCOMPLISHED. I've noticed... 19 months ago

that I used to nap for procrastination. Just thinking about the things I needed to accomplish was enough for me to feel tired. Now I nap when I’m exhausted because I’ve been going non-stop for a few days.

I’m okay with that. I’ve decided it’s the difference between napping to avoid work/issues and napping because I’m running at top speed. I also nap with less frequency than I did when it was a tool for avoidance. Instead of daily 2 hour naps, I’m averaging a single 3 hour nap a week.

This sufficiently qualifies as “napping less.” Goal accomplished!
