Yesterday I ran 50 miles at Berryman. I came in at about 12:23:xx. It was a great experience and I look forward to running many more.

Very awesome.. and admirable :) maybe one day ill join you for a jog.. but 5k is Way different than 50 miles!! Wow! impressive.. really :)

If you think that is nuts then I better not mention what I am planning for my 40th birthday. 50 miles is only the beginning.
