I know everyone says that you need good sleep to do well in things and be awake and stuff and like, it’s true. But I find it very difficult to get to sleep, which absoloutley sucks for me. I usually don’t sleep till about 12am-1am. I’m only 14 and the way this carries on I’ll be asleep in school and tbh, I have done that before, fallen asleep I mean. But I’m gradually going to bed earlier and stuff, so fingers crossed.
