One thing that I do as a teacher is to make sure that my students
are proud of the work they do with me. I want their work to mean something to them. Well, my work today means a lot to me. I ate well and I exercised well, too.
Today I ate:
~two waffles w/syrup
~Wendy’s Southwest Salad
~licorice and a yogurt
~Lean Cuisine spaghetti and cottage cheese and small applesauce.
I also walked twice around the pond with my girlfriend and went to African dance class this afternoon! Yes! Yes! Yes! Come on Barack, say it with me…Yes We Can!
