cmg223 is doing 43 things not on my list: laundry, dishes, coupons etc. etc.
Had my graduation and party yesterday and definitley did not stick to my diet. I can’t even think about the calories I ingested. The important thing is to pick up where I left off and keep going. I was celebrating and the cookout food was just a bump in the road- I can’t let it turn into a pothole!
Back to brown rice and steamed veggies! yum!
