This is no goal in life. Everybody should worship themselves the way they are, period. I might be mean in somebody’s mind when I say this, but you should be proud of who you are the way you are.

Well if somebody is overweight and unhealthy then it is certainly okay to make this a goal in life.

I agree...
to some degree. There is however a point that there is an issue of health involved. I think everyone should love and respect there bodies. However respecting it includes treating it right. That means not putting McDonald’s in it everyday and exercising. I think if people are trying to lose weight because they want to look like a certain image or because someone else thinks they should then that is a problem. However I myself have lost weight for health reasons and because I am loving my body by trying to be better to it. I am a feeling so much better. My knees use to hurt after I put extra weight on, since losing that has quit. So I do agree people should love there bodies. I don’t however think that people wanting to lose weight means that they don’t love their bodies. People should however figure out why they are trying to lose because if it isn’t for the right reasons they will continue to fail at it or they will succeed and it won’t make them feel any better.
Being proud of who you are and being at a healthy weight for your body are two different things.
