I think I did a good job but we’ll see…
Today I ate:
~a slice of raisin bread and baked tubers
~flaxseed bar and bouillon
~Lean Cuisine rice & beans, soy yogurt
~Wendy’s Chili and small frosty
~Chickpea Masala and a beet
My calories were about…1700. That’s my target. I also attended the 6 PM Exercise Class that I sort of, kind of enjoyed. I’m happy. Good Job.

WOW! I envy your progress and your gumption for putting all of your food difficulties on this site. I also have 90-100lbs. to lose and of course the first 2-3 days are fine then I blow it. I did lose 53 lbs. 3 yrs. ago on a low-carb diet. I haven’t gained back any—Why can’t I do it again?
Anyway, I wish you the best of luck and have enjoyed reading your progress.
