I think I did a good job but we’ll see…
Today I ate:
~a slice of raisin bread and baked tubers
~flaxseed bar and bouillon
~Lean Cuisine rice & beans, soy yogurt
~Wendy’s Chili and small frosty
~Chickpea Masala and a beet
My calories were about…1700. That’s my target. I also attended the 6 PM Exercise Class that I sort of, kind of enjoyed. I’m happy. Good Job.
