just back frm the gym 19 months ago

stayed for about 1hr and a half.
but didnt eat to good today…
2 weetabix
yoguart
1 crumpet
1 fruit toast
ham sandwhich
pasta
apple

loadsa carbs!!!!!
but still comes to bout 1400 cals i think so aint to bad :).

You ate great!! Don’t be so hard on yourself!! The Carbs seem bad..and the pasta probably feels the worst, but really, it’s okay to eat that stuff, just not every day!! You’re eating pretty healthy, and you aren’t depriving yourself of the things you enjoy, so overall, I’d say you are doing a great job!! You worked out today, so GREAT JOB!! the carbs benefited you and helped with the energy!! Totally impressed!! you didn’t sit on the couch, PAT YOURSELF ON THE BACK FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
