I’m going to count this day b/c I really tried and I thought about it all day (imagine what I could accomplish on other goals if I set a time limit for them…!) but I could not squeeze in 6 fruits/vegetables yesterday and I certainly can’t start over again with today as Day 1! You see, all this extra roughage has taken its toll. Either that or I ate something not right, probably on Wednesday, and yesterday was a pretty low day all around health-wise, hormone-wise and psyche-wise. I’m really lucky I ate at all and that’s not like me. I usually eat everything in sight!
Sorry for TMI. But I’m also truthful to a fault. If I’m not accountable to all of you about this, then who else cares? :)
