I gained the freshman fifteen this year in college, and I know why.
I need to eat less and exercise more because my waist looks disgusting. I can’t even wear cute clothes anymore, and I’m sick of looking like a homeless person.
I want to lose 30-35 lbs. I’m 5’1 and want to weigh 110 or 115 lbs, but right now I weigh 145 pounds. I need to go on a diet that is well disciplined, but I’d rather not eat than eat “healthy food”. I won’t lie.
My exercise plan is stomach crunches and walking everyday although I really don’t want to be toned.
I have about 3 months to get thin for college again.
