stopping weighing myself as that just gets me down! went to the gym for 90mins yesterday and power walked an hour tonight i have also been uber healthy the last two days and havent been feeling deprived, im just gunna live my life and try not to let it bother me that im a bit bigger than i would like

think positive :)
stay organised

im also starting an aerobics class too !

You are doing great with your workouts!! It sounds like you have a lot of variety in your workouts! It’s great that your trying to weigh yourself less, sometimes the scale gets me down too! Weight fluctuates so much. One day I can weigh 3 pounds more and the next lose it all.The day I weigh more, it really brings me down & makes me feel like all that hard work is for nothing! Keep up your hard work & positivity! It really is encouraging and motivating! Good luck with your weight loss and your new aerobics class! Sounds like it’s going to be a lot of fun!
