I think you’re right. I’ve often considered trying yoga, particularly that “Bikram” or “Hot Room” yoga, but there’s nowhere nearby here that does it.
(on a funny note, when I first read your reply, I thought you said “you need a good back-cracking master”!
Which, truth be told, I wouldn’t say no to either…
