Do NaNoWriMo
Twice. 3 years ago

First time I wrote a book that I eventually self-published called, Man Versus Himself, and the second time I wrote a book called Disaster that was about the end of the world, Rubik’s Cube championships, smart phones, and luck. Though the products were a bit silly and uninteresting, the process was immensely rewarding… I’ve never been as crazy and happy as when completing the last sentences of both of those books, wandering the streets after a rain, feeling like a distorted Xerox copy of my brain had been in some way molded into ink on a page.

Comments:

Those were good books

And I agree, the process of actually completing a Nanorimo book is very rewarding – even if in my case the end product was extremely silly.

Of course now I’m in the process of writing a ‘serious’ book (well, some may not think so – seeing as it’s about Web 2.0). As usual though, it’s a whole lot of hard work :-)
