SUMMER

Let this goal represent the contract within myself to make healthier, wiser decisions become habits and to feed my body with respect & love that will be sure to help grow my life's over-all wellness
Can't start it yet 6 months ago

I know I am a long way from even starting this goal. I know I need to think better of myself, and treat my body and soul with love and kindness, but i need to learn how to do that first. Then and then only can I truly complete this goal.
