smoked my brains out last night. and now….. got the patch on my arm. a little extreme, i guess…. but my boyfriend and I are quitting together… so it’s good to have company. I worry more about him than me, as he’s smoked longer and more than I have. I hope this works for him. His lungs sound really terrible.
