I must try it. Delish!
... very easy, but needs a bit of practice so it doesn’t end up like lead pellets…
How you doing? Are you looking forward to Melbourne?
I’ll be there again at the end of our NZ trip, and then again for the Craft Fair in July!
... haven’t posted this, I noticed Taste have a very good step by step guide for Gnocchi. That may help you, if you want to give it a go!!
tip you could give to make sure that it doesn’t end up like lead nonna??? I’ve always wanted to try and make my own but scared that it will end up just as you say.
.. the best tips I can give, is really, really, mash the potato well – for at least 5 minutes. Then mix in just enough flour to make a lovely soft dough. Too much flour will literally make them sink like lead weights. Leave the dough to rest for at least 15 – 20 minutes before you roll and cut…
Hope that helps:)

Thank you for the cheer on my hope to finish “Infinite Jest.”
It’s been awhile since I’ve hung out in Robot Co-op land.
It was great to see your user icon staring up at me.
You have a wonderful goal here, too. Taking your passion for cooking and going all the way to self-reliance/self-sufficiency.
Looks like you’re well on your path to success.

.... I was thinking about you a lot after I cheered you. Hope you are keeping well and happy:)
BTW: I love my self sufficiency goal, and try very hard to keep it alive and kicking!

I’m doing all right. Trying to straighten up and fly right.
Rooting for you and your self-sufficiency goal. It’s the best.
