I’m 5 (well somedays 4) pounds away from my goal weight of 125. I am now at a consistent 130. I NEED HELP to get to 125—I guess I don’t push myself as much since I have maintained 130. Soooo close from the goal! Any suggestions to lose the extra 5?!!!

maybe stay at 130 for a while, and after a few months try and lose the extra 5. then 130 will feel normal and another 5 will feel easy.
Almost same situation
I’m 5 (sometimes 6, sometimes 4) away too. It’s so frustrating! Mostly because I’m completely unmotivated. Maybe I’ll post a question about it. If you figure out how to cross that finish line, please let me know!
