I don’t live that far. I should just go. I could drive there even, probably in a single day. I could drive, spend the night, spend a day, spend the night, and drive back. I wonder how much that would cost. Gas is so insanely expensive though that I have to wonder if I really could afford to “just go”.

You know...

...sometimes fulfilling something is worth more than the price of gas. Figure out where you can cut corners, bring your own food and drinks in a cooler and just go!

I am envious that you live close enough to have that option…
