It's easy when you know how
Best way to get up when your alarm clock goes off is … to change your alarm clock time so that it is 30 minutes early. First thing in the morning you will forget what you have done… you will look and freak that you are running 30 minutes late… I know it sounds stupid but it gets me every single time! And… I introduced it to my friends and it works for them too. Of course, you work it out but it takes a couple of minutes by which time you are probably upright and out of bed. And we all know it is the getting out of bed that is the worst bit :)
