catattack loves the Fall!
I’m at the lowest weight I’ve been in 3 years.
I’m aware that I have a lot of work in front of me to continue, to maintain, and to keep on the program.

Colleen_C_C is beginning to feel a little better.
You’ve done very well at sticking with it, catattack, & your reward is greater health! smile
... that is awesome. Good luck with sticking at it. You can do it:)

I’m also losing weight and have already given thought about what to do once I’ve reached my proper weight – AS YOU HAVE DONE – congrats again -
I’m thinking that perpetually being in training for a marathon or some other event is a way to stay on it.
Hope you find what works for you.

planning a 5K or so (for me) to keep my head, and body, in the game.
Thanks for the suggestion. And good luck to you!

I read too fast and missed your point.
You reached a milestone weight and you’re working toward your final weight.
Saw your other post about reading slowly. I think it’s better to read slowly and get the point that to read fast and miss the point (as I just did.)
In any case, congrats on reaching your milestone weight and have fun training for the 5K. These events are so much fun and festive and more enjoyable than just going out and running 5K on your own. Plus, they’re always fund raisers for some good cause and you get a cool T shirt.
Happy running.
