For the past three days, I have been eating really well and exercising. So I am going to think of today as the third day of this goal, and continue on from here.
Also I finally went out today and bought a new pair of running shoes! They are sooo comfortable and supportive, definitely worth the extra money that they cost. My jogging goal is starting June 1st for sure this time now that I have a pedometer, and a good sports bra and running shoes!
I feel I did soo good today! :D
I completed a 45 min weight-lifting DVD, and then I went for a 6 mile hike!!! I was wearing a pedometer during the hike, and it says that (at my weight of 234 lbs) I burned 904 calories. I feel really calm, and happy about this goal right now … the fear that I cant do this is slowly starting to fade away :D
