Shannon is really wanting to lose weight FAST! =/ but is being patient...
My ideal weight is 135. I am in the 220 range and would like to start losing weight to better myself. Most people dont believe me when I say that I am over 200 pounds because most of it is muscle and I dont look like I am… but sadly, I am. In the next year to a year in a half, I want to enlarge my social group and start dating, but just for fun. Ive been in two serious relationships the past 5 years.. Im young, I dont want to be tied down anymore, I want to have fun, but while doing so, I want to actually feel good about myself. But its not just the appearance… its my health.
In two weeks I want to have lost 5 pounds… However, 10 pounds would be GREAT! :]
