I used to do 450 cals per day, i did it for 2mth and lost more weight than i ever have. However, my discipline caved and i put on the weight id lost plus extra, Yeh yeh apparently thats what happens when you diet so extreme but i cant find a balance so id rather be hungry and lose weight than eat too much and thus gain. Cutting along story short, im gonna try this!
Its my 200 cal day, ive had cereal bar = 85
Soup = 45
Veg, mince = 200???
I really didnt know what was in the mince cal wise but im at my parents and they watch me like a hawk, previous eating disorder likely to blame for that, but i said no to potato, yorkshire puds and my fave red wine. So its supposed to be my 800 day tommorow but think ill do two 600 days cos i did have more cals than allowed today.
