I am not a Yankees fan but I can tell you that I now have a better understanding of Yankees fans. Normally I would have very little nice to say about them, but they seemed to be no different than other fans (as long as you have a yankees hat on which i choose to do to insure no difficulties) Yankee stadium (the house that ruth built not the house that stienbrenner built) is neat, its old, its not the best stadium i have been to by a long shot but the history….. honestly when i walked into that place and saw that field i got goose bumps (again hate yankees) that place does have ghosts…gehrig,ruth,rizzuto,and mantle. You can almost see them. Most interesting thing is how far away the fences used to be back in the day. The 29 yankees had to hit the snot out of the ball to get it out of the yard. new respect for the power of those clubs of the past. go see it you do not have much time left.
