Third week weigh in: Lost either 1 or 2 pounds – the scales kept flicking between the two! Annoying!
I don’t know what else I can do. I kept to 1200 cals a day, and over the whole week, was even about -750 cals UNDER that from doing extra exercise – and worst case scenario I’ve only lost a pound :S
This is what I was afraid of, cause I don’t have that much to lose to reach my goal. But also, I am still losing, and the scales definitely said lower than last week, so actually I’m going to be happy about it, and hope that next week I will have lost half a stone altogether and be my lowest weight I can properly remember being :)
