B: shredded wheat, milk
L: coleslaw, whole wheat tortilla and beans
S: orange, cherries, cantelope
D: salad, beans, rice, crackers

I felt a little guilty and anxious after last night’s controlled splurge. My fear was that I wouldn’t go back on the plan and my eating would be out control. Well, it turns out I had nothing to worry about. First of all my weight this AM was at its lowest yet, 134, even after the controlled splurge. YEA!!!! AND I’m back on the plan big time as determined as ever. By June 13 I’ll be at 130-no problem.

The husband is really starting to notice my weight loss. He’s not big on compliments, so when he does compliment me it means a lot. I’m only half way there, so he’s really going to be loving it by the end of summer. Pulled out an old “teddy” I wore when I was at my lo west weight. WOW! I was tiny! I can’t even imagine being that small again, but I was totally healthy and never skipped meals.

After dinner the husband was lounging on the couch stuffing his face with this almond toffee brittle that a friend’s mom made. I had to grab the bag, sniff it, and stare. I didn’t eat any of it.
