21) Sling bag—I whipped this up using leftover yarn in my stash. I use it with my baby in her sling!

loveinthecure actually got two phone calls in the last 24 hours from people overseas
This is a great bag! I really like it. Love the color. What talent!

I actually wasn’t that thrilled with it… the yarn is a little itchy on my neck… but it does the job—it’s the perfect size!! I might felt it a little more, because my keys sometimes poke out the bottom!
maza2007 is working out a 'plan' to fit it ALL in!
What a great idea for a goal.
Love this purse… where did you get the pattern for it? I have an almost identical ball of yarn that colour that I need the perfect pattern for… I think I found it!

I made it up! This is what I did; I casted on about sixteen stitches and worked in garter stitch till I ran out of yarn #1. Then I picked up stitches all around with yarn #2, joined to work in the round, knitted a round or two, then changed to yarn #3. I knitted with that one for quite a while, used up the rest of yarn #2, did some more with yarn #3. Then I bound off all but about eight or so stitches along one short edge (keeping the same number of stitches on the opposite side on a holder), and knitted i-cord for…. a while. Then I connected the i-cord with held stitches using kitchener stitch. Then I felted it in the sink until I felt (errr) like stopping!
