I signed up at the YMCA a few weeks ago and I’ve been going almost every day. I usually only skip one day a week. I LOVE it! It feels SO good to push myself and accomplish my goals. When I first started I could burn between 340-370 if I did the elliptical for 30 minutes. I gradually pushed myself to go faster so I could burn more calories and last night I burned 508 calories! And that was just for 30 minutes on the elliptical. I also did the treadmill for 30 minutes and burned 270 on that.
This is great. I’m really optimistic about this and about losing weight. I hope I can keep this up!
