Well, I’m back up to twice a week aerobics and have bought wii fit to fill in on the off days :) slowly but surely!

I’d be interested in your thoughts on the Wii fit. Has it lived up to expectations? Did you already hace a Wii?

yeah, I did already have a wii. I like it well enough. I think I need to be more diligent about getting on it though. I think just for the weight and workout tracking it’s great.
