Dave is back to business
I picked a piece, called 365 days, and have begun crafting it for submittal to Narrative Magazine. They are having a first person contest, and the $20 reader’s fee seems like a cheap motivator to get this piece finished. It’s only two pages, after all.

Thanks, C. I’m not as certain of you that it will be quite that fantastic. I’ve read some of the other pieces in this magazine, and it’s frankly out of my league. So I’m going to really need to sharpen the piece before I submit it in July.
Right now I’m refining the symbology of the seven songs from the 70’s that will be listed in the piece…
Tink will be returning in baby steps.
I’m sure they’ll be unable to resist showering you with prizes.
When you win, let us know the pub date, ok? I’ll want to buy that issue so that later, when you’re hugely famous, I can say, “I knew him when.”
