Yep, I did it. March 07. I bought my dream condo. I had looked at 3 others on Saturday March 3 and asked my Realtor if I could take a look at the 4th even though there was already an offer on it. I fell in love the second I stepped in the front door. I put down an offer the very next day and with a little negotiating I was signing the P&S the following morning. I moved in on St. Patty’s day and have loved living there since.
