Tomorrow morning is my first workout using the New Rules of lifting. I am very ready for it. I read over the exercises numerous times and I am bringing copies of each of the exercises with me. I have also created some nice tracking sheets that will be easy to use and printed them out on colorful thick paper. I am a little nervous though. I am not totally aware of what I am doing. I will just go slowly!
