I have to rent out my condo starting in July, so I said it’s not worth it since I won’t be able to enjoy them:(

Well...
The rent that I wanted was already high but I was willing to come down on my price by $100/mo. I had about 20 people look at my condo before I got the new floors but after getting them the first guy who came accepted the higher price.
So you’re right, it will pay off in the long run:)
