Hmm. Yesterday there were 504 messages in my inbox. This morning, there are 546. How did that happen?

Have you ever seen the video that Merlin Mann did on 43 folders about inbox zero?
I don’t manage to live by it daily, but about once a week I get them down to zero and it really helps.
The biggest change for me was making my ‘to do’ system something other than my inbox—hard to get used to it, but it does work if you do it.
