OK this has to go on hold for a while, I’m leaving for a backpacking trip tonight and it’s not really wise to diet while backpacking. The biggest concern isn’t trying to lose weight but to make sure you are taking in ENOUGH calories. So, for the next six days I will not be on a restricted calorie thing. Your backpacking trip will be great exercise and as long as you don’t go totally overboard with ALL the wrong foods such as fried foods, fast foods etc. this trip should not undo all that you have done. Have Fun!
