Worth doing, only the right way!
I lost about 30 lbs. 5 years ago. However, I did it by very unhealthy means! You must be patient with losing weight, eat healthy, and do not live by the scale. Did you know that your weight can go up/down by a whole 8 lbs in a day? That is based on many things, not fat! Like how much you drink, water weighs something too you know.
Have patience is my advice.
