Scutigera coleoptrata, or House Centipede

I used to be creeped out by the House Centipede’s intense spideriness, but these little dudes are actually very helpful: they eat other bugs (including spiders!) and won’t bother you a bit. They live mostly indoors and have a lifespan of up to a year and a half.

Little dudes, you are welcome in my place from this day forth!
