BluePlasticStraw is reminding herself that goals are important

buy a really good fountain pen (read all 2 entries…)
I must have one! 4 years ago

I had a decent Waterman fountain pen for years, but it got damaged and started leaking. It was a gift, so it was always just a tiny bit to big for my hand. I want to find the perfect pen that is really good quality without spending a small fortune. I can’t imagine that there’s a whole lot of difference between a $150 pen and a $1500 pen.

Comments:

i like pens

momma always said pens are like a box of chocolates you never know what your gonna get… wait, no wrong cliche’ analogy-thingy, but if you like shopping online or at least drooling at pictures online i suggest levenger and they are having a current sale on their own pen brand

drools

peeeeennnnnnnsssssss….

Ooooh

I’m in love.

I just wish I could hold it and write with it, that’s the real test. But it’s so bootiful.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, that avatar is hawt. Mmm, fangs. ;-)

pretttttty

preeeeeeettty pen! i saw the ducati and drooled… alas not on sale.

thank you for the compliment… but come on admit it… it was the batman hat that grabbed your attention first lol

Ok ok

It was totally the hat that pulled me in, but oooh fangs. ;)

LMAO

My two favourite

fountain pens: $20 Diplomat and a $16 Pilot, yes Pilot. I have a bunch of Watermans (5 or 6) and a Mont Blanc, which writes very, very nicely. But my favourite among all 20 or so pens I have is the $20 Diplomat. Expensive pens make a difference yes; writing with good ink and paper make a world of difference.
