It’s a great way to expand your vocabulary while simultamiously helping fight hunger. I found this one picture and it’s just to show the cruel reality we live in. It’s a picture of a little child searching for food on the brink of death and a vulture behind the child waiting for it to die so It could eat. This picture made me cry for hours and still makes me cry. The photographer Kevin Carter won the Pulitzer Prize but 3 months later to this photo commited suicide due to an overwhelming depression. It is hard to acknowledge this but it is existing. Sometimes I hate myself for not appreciating enough what I have but why seize to ignore it when I can do something (no matter how small) to change it?
