I don’t really care about being the best or having my own restaurant or anything, but it would be really fun to try my hand at chef-ery, even if it were just a stint, preferably in an international setting … like India … or Eastern Europe.

hi,i know it has been a long time since you posted your msg,but i want to say that i feel just the same as you do,cooking to me is like the altumate pleasure ..but the fact that i live in algeria were it’s very difficult for a woman to be seccesfull as a chef i cant risk my future and do it…..
in all ways i wish you the best and dont give up your dream
