I flirted back with someone today! 18 months ago

I was helping out with a project at our city office today, and a man came in to pay his bill. He said something kind of flirty, and I thought, “Oh, boy, here’s my chance, can I do it?” I’m kind of surprised that I thought fast enough to come up with something to say, let alone say it so it didn’t sound stupid, but I did and it didn’t. I’m not sure, but I think he actually blushed. ;-)

he didn’t blush because I said something “risque” (because I didn’t), I think he was just caught off guard. (Or maybe it was the beer(s) that he had for lunch.)
