Okay well i’m 14 and I wanna get a 6 pack cause all the girls want me to get one so heres my log.
I wish you all the best with your goal, a few tips…
Eat right, lots of fruit, n vegtable.
Walk, and run often.
If your doing lots of situps, do exercises for your lower back aswell to keep your core strength balanced.
See yourself achieving your goal, stay positive, and really learn to enjoy exercise.
