SECOND_TIME_AROUND Doing what it takes to lose!
Ok, 165 in the morning… Darn that Dawn Syndrome! Not the number I was hoping for, but it is going down. I’m trying. I know it can go back to the high 80’s or in the 90’s. Once up there it just needs a little time to settle down..and as I say I need to keep away from the carbs and keep burning up what is in me to get the numbers down. Patience..and another 7 days….?
