i was in peru and passed up the opportunity to eat guinea pig.
it wasn’t that i was scared of it. it just didn’t look appetizing.
sigh.
there is a peruvian restaurant near me in chile, though, if i should decide to stop sucking.

Being the proud roommate of 2 lovable Guinea Pigs, I appreciate your sucking in such a way. I can understand the deal about “When in Rome…” and that Peruvians look at Cavy on a stick like we look at a turkey leg at the state fair. But, I am sure there are tastier and more memorable diversions you can sample while in Peru. For instance just being able to say you have seen Machu Pichu in person is a far greater accomplishment than eating something that sings so sweetly for its food.
